A deeper immersive breathwork experience for those feeling ready to explore beneath the surface and connect with subconscious patterns, beliefs and emotional responses that may be influencing their lives.

Through conscious breath, sound, music, intuitive guidance and embodied awareness, this journey creates space to explore old patterns, limiting beliefs, negative thought cycles, fear and self-sabotaging behaviours - opening the possibility for new ways of relating to yourself and your life.

Using Bliss Frequency headsets, you are supported to turn inward and experience your own individual journey while being held within the shared group space.
