Do I need prior breathwork experience? No. Sessions are suitable for beginners.
Are sessions online or in person? Sessions are available online via Zoom or in person, depending on location availability.
What should I bring to a session? A journal and pen, Yoga mat, Water bottle, and comfortable loose-fitting clothing. Please avoid restrictive clothing, belts, or underwire bras where possible.
Will I be asked to share personal experiences? Only what feels comfortable. You are always in control of your experience. There is no pressure to share more than you wish.
